Spiritual means of or relating to super natural beings or phenomena. Spirituality to me means a dimension that many cannot see unless they are gifted or invited to see it. In essence spirituality is spiritual in my opinion. Carnal by definition is relating to physical, especially sexual,needs and activities. In my opinion carnal is dealing with the flesh. The difference between carnal and spirituality is one deals with the physical( carnal) and the other deals with the spirit(spirituality ).The Bible puts a negative light on the carnal or flesh because it can lead a person astray by desire. Flesh or the carnal has many desires such as sex,wanting entertainment, food,social interactions, and love. These desires are not wrong but how we go about full filling these desires can be wrong.
